inbreachofitsRegistrarAccreditationAgreement(“RAA”)withtheInternetCorporationfor
AssignedNamesandNumbers(“ICANN”)dated1October2016(“RAA”).Thisbreachresultsfrom:
1. 1ISI’sfailuretocompleteanddelivertoICANNaComplianceCertificatewithintwenty(20)
daysfollowingtheendofthe2016calendaryearcertifyingcompliancewiththetermsand
conditionsoftheRAA,asrequiredbySection3.15oftheRAA.
Pleaserefertotheattachmentfordetailsregardingthisbreach.
Inaddition,1ISIhasbeendeemednoncompliantinthefollowingareas:

theRAAandpublishcertaininformationasrequiredbytheRIS,including1ISI’s
correspondenceaddressandthefullnameandpositionofallofficersof1ISI;
4. 1ISI’sfailuretopublishanemailaddresstoreceiveabusereportsonthehomepageof
1ISI’swebsite,asrequiredbySection3.18.1oftheRAA;
5. 1ISI’sfailuretopublishonitswebsiteadescriptionof1ISI’sproceduresforthereceipt,
handlingandtrackingofabusereports,asrequiredbySection3.18.3oftheRAA;and
6. 1ISI’sfailuretotimelypaypastdueaccreditationfees,asrequiredbySection3.9ofthe
RAA.
AdditionalConcerns
ICANNwasunabletosendafacsimiletothefacsimilenumberlistedfor1ISIinRADARbecause
someoneansweredthecall.
ICANNrequeststhat1ISIcurethesebreachesby31March2017,21daysfromthedateofthisletter,
bytakingthefollowingactions:
1. Provideacertificateexecutedbythepresident,chiefexecutiveofficer,chieffinancial
officerorchiefoperatingofficer(ortheirequivalents)of1ISIcertifyingcompliancewith
thetermsandconditionsoftheRAA(“compliancecertificate”);
2. Displaydomainnamedatainthespecifiedresponseformat,asrequiredbySection1.4of
theWhoisSpecification,ClarificationsandAWIP;
3. Clearlydisplayalinktorenewalfees,post-expirationrenewalfees(ifdifferent)and
redemption/restorefeeson1ISI’swebsiteandprovidealinktothesefeesin1ISI’s

7. Payallpastdueaccreditationfees;
8. ProvideICANNwiththestep(s)1ISIwilltake,includingimplementationdate(s),toensure
1ISI’scontactswithICANNareuptodate;and
9. ProvideICANNwithcorrectiveandpreventativeaction(s),includingimplementation
date(s),toensurethat1ISIwilltimelyrespondtoICANNcompliancematters.
If1ISIfailstotimelycurethebreachesandprovidetheinformationrequestedby31March2017,
ICANNmaycommencetheRAAterminationprocess.
