The flashing signs and lighted facades make walking the Strip a memorable—if crowded and exhausting—experience day or night. Free sidewalk shows that cost millions to design and maintain. Take the time to explore as many of the larger properties as you can; you'll be amazed at how thoroughly they re-create the four corners of the earth—and also several fantasy worlds beyond. VALLEY OF FIRE* For small extra payment we can arrange this trip. Valley of Fire is Nevada's oldest and largest state park, dedicated 1935. The valley derives its name from the red sandstone formations and the stark beauty of the Mojave Desert. Come with us to explore one of Nevada's most visually stunning sites! The surroundings are loaded with vibrant color, fantastic rock formations, and world class petroglyphs. We are going to the South - East through Nevada to Arizona to National Park the Grand Canyon. GRAND CANYON is one of the deepest canyons in the world. The length of the canyon is 446 kilometers. The width (at plateau level) fluctuates from 6 to 29 kilometers, at the bottom level is less than kilometer. The depth is 1600 meters. But all these figures will dim when you see its greatness: you MUST SEE it with your own eyes! And of course we’ll make a stop at the Hoover Dam on our way to the canyons! Hoover Dam is the greatest platinum in America. The panorama on the platinum, simply grasps the spirit. Viewing this magnificent, massive man made structure creates a respect for man's accomplishments. The strong desire to harness nature's power drove the human mind and body to build Hoover Dam in the hottest, driest area of the United States. In doing so, the seasonal flooding of the Colorado River was eliminated and millions of people now have drinking water and irrigation during the dry season. WE’LL WATCH THE SUNSET AND HEAD BACK TO VEGAS. The city of everlasting spring will welcome us with its marvelous bay sunrise and picturesque prospect of one of the most famous bridge in the world - Golden Gate. Discover the greatest city in the USA. As every megapolis, San Francisco has its symbols depicted almost everywhere: on key rings, postcards, t-shirts and caps. Among the numerous sights of San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge deserves special attention. It used to be the longest pendant bridge in the world. Engineers have already built a dozen of more complicated and lengthy crossings but it hasn’t diminished a universal popularity of Golden Gate. Daily a crew of painters uses 4 thousand liters of orange paint on this architectural masterpiece. The second symbol of the city is an ancient tram or Cable Car. While the cable cars are used to a certain extent by commuters, their small service area and premium fares for single rides make them more of a tourist attraction. Another attraction in San Francisco is Lombard Street is called the most crooked or winding street in America. What does this mean? The steep, hilly street was created with sharp curves to switchback down the one-way hill past beautiful Victorian mansions. The street is paved with bricks and is an amazing site to see as demonstrated by the photos below. DAY 7 - SAN FRANCISCO The third symbol of the city is Alcatraz jail. Alcatraz and history go hand in hand. Once home to some of America's most notorious criminals, the federal penitentiary that operated here from 1934 to 1963 brought a dark mystique to the Rock. The presence of infamous inmates like Al "Scarface" Capone, and the "Birdman" Robert Stroud helped to establish the island's notoriety. To this day, Alcatraz is best known as one of the world's most legendary prisons. DAY 8 – DEPARTURE Upon the departure, we pack the gifts to all our relatives and friends, then copy and share our pictures and videos, we’ve made during the trip. After all, if there’s still some time left, we can stop somewhere else - WE CAN!!! DEPARTURE FROM SAN FRANCISCO IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON. For more information visit www.easyusatravel.com 5|Page
