Here is a checklist of things you can do TODAY to get movement! Take the stairs, not the elevator Drink more water More water=more trips to the bathroom= reminders to get up from your desk! Use a bathroom on another floor! Stand up while you chat When someone stops by to talk, stand up and stretch your legs, you can do the same on phone calls! Don’t send emails, talk in person Set reminders to move Use an alarm on your phone or calendar that goes off every hour or so. Stand up, stretch, do a lap around the office. Finish a task, take a walk When you cross something off your to-do list, stand up and walk around the office or up a few flights of stairs!
