 Walk-ins – Students can come to the Office of the Bursar to order and pay for a
transcript in person.
 Email – Students can go online to the University’s web-site (www.fmuniv.edu) to order
and pay for a transcript to be mailed.
 Mail-in – Students can request a transcript by mail and include the payment of $3 per
transcript with the request.

Q: Where do I pick up my Refund Check?
A: Refund checks are located in the Office of the Bursar which is housed in room 125 of the
Student Services Building. If for some reason you cannot pick up your refund check within 30
days of being processed, it will be mailed to the address associated with your student account.

A: You may purchase a parking decal in the Office of the Bursar. Once your payment has been
made, proceed to the Campus Safety Office located in the Student Services Building, room 101
with your payment verification, Lion Express Card, vehicle registration & insurance to receive
your decal and vehicle transponder.

A: You may add money to your LION EXPRESS ID CARD by visiting the Office of the Bursar for
the following services:

Commuter Meal Plan – Non Residential Students, Staff or Faculty may purchase a meal
plan to be able to access the Food Services in the cafeteria



Bookstore – funds can be added to a student account to acquire books and materials
from the on-campus bookstore.
Printing – Student are provided an allocation of $50 print value per semester to assist
with their needs. Charges are applied for printing services beyond the $50 allotment.
Mail Room – The Mail Center is located in the J. C. Sams/Ocean Bank Student Center,
Room 121. Each residential student is charged $10 per semester for the use of a mail
box. Students are also required to pay $10 for each replacement mail box key.
Q: How do I replace a lost LION EXPRESS ID CARD?
A: You may replace your Lion Express ID Card by visiting the Office of the Bursar. The cost to
replace a Lion Express ID Card is $25.
