Notice of application for a licence to abstract water
Take notice that Russell Alan Emery, of 5 Park Road,
Moggerhanger, Bedfordshire MK44 3RN, is applying to the
Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from Clay and
Gravels, at National Grid References TL138486 and TL157493, at
Mpggerhanger, in the Parish of Moggerhanger, in the District of
Mid-Bedfordshire, in the county of Bedfordshire.
The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 41 cubic
metres per hour, 327 cubic metres per day, 15,626 cubic metres
between 1st March and 31st October each year. The water will be
used for spray irrigation.
A copy of the application and any maps, plans and other
documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all
reasonable hours at the NFU Offices, 27 Hitchin Street,
Biggleswade, Bedfordshire SGI8 8BE, between Friday, 17th
January 1997, and Friday, 14th February 1997.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the
application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency,
Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton,
Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period.

ROAD TRAFFIC ACTS
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
Buckinghamshire County Council ( Various Roads, Adams Park
Area, Hight Wycombe) Prohibition of Entry Order 1997
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council made
the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the
14th January 1997. The effect of the Order which comes into effect
on 16th January 1997 will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding in
certain specified directions in parts of Lane End Road and
Hillbottom Road when the signs are lawfully displayed.
A copy of the Order, a plan showing the roads concerned and a
statement of reasons for making the Order may be inspected during
normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
and at High Wycombe Library, Queen Victoria Road, High
Wycombe during opening hours.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any
of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the
relevant Act or that a requirement of the relevant Act or any
regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may,
within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make
application for the purpose to the High Court.

Restriction of Waiting) Order 1997
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council made
the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 14th
January 1997. The effects of the Order which comes into effect on
16th January 1997 are listed below:
No Waiting at Any Time will apply in certain lengths of: Baring
Road, Burkes Road, Caledon Road, Cherry Tree Road,
Crabtree Close, Crossways, Dove Court, Garvin Avenue,
Gregories Road, Grenfell Road, Grove Road, Hartwell Drive,
Heath Road, Holtspur Top Lane, Hubert Day Close,
Ledborough Lane, London End, Maxwell Road, Mayflower
Way, Orchard Close, Park Lane, Penn Road, Post Office Lane,
Reynolds Road, Seeleys Road, Shepherds Lane, St. Michael's
