DIGITAL TICKETING
The Manitoba Moose digital ticketing platform, along
with your Moose Pass, gives you convenient, 24/7 online
access to manage your seats through your Manitoba
Moose Account.
You can log in to your Manitoba Moose Account via moosehockey.com. Click the
MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT link to get started. You can find the same link under the
SEATS dropdown menu. Log in using your email address and password.
Using your Manitoba Moose Account you have access to several management tools
that are designed to give you the control and flexibility you need to make the most
of your ticket package.
While logged in you can:
• Forward tickets to friends, family or clients without having to physically
distribute tickets (p. 5)
• Donate tickets to games you cannot attend to youth associated with the
Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation (p. 8)
• Print tickets or reprint lost or stolen tickets (p. 8)
• NEW! Trade tickets to games you cannot attend for future Moose games (p. 4)
Each of these digital ticketing benefits are discussed in greater detail in this guide.
REMEMBER: Your Moose Pass doubles as your discount card
to use at all Jets Gear locations for your 15% savings on
regular priced merchandise.

LOADING YOUR MOOSE PASS

This season, all Manitoba Moose Package
Holders are automatically enrolled to
participate in our new Manitoba Moose
Reloadable Moose Pass program.
This convenient program allows package holders to place a
specific dollar value on to their Moose Pass for use at
Jets Gear locations or MTS Centre concessions.
The credit loaded to your account can be used in real time at all Jets Gear
locations or any MTS Centre concessions simply by presenting your Moose Pass.
Benefits of using your Reloadable Moose Pass:
• Load and re-load value on to your account electronically using your credit or
debit card
• Set up your account to automatically re-load your Moose Pass when your
balance reaches a pre-determined amount
• Transfer a specific dollar value to family, friends or clients when you forward
games from your primary account

This season, Manitoba Moose Package
Holders will enjoy the benefit of trading
tickets for games they cannot attend.
Benefits to the Package Holder:
• Enjoy greater flexibility to accommodate changes in
your personal schedule
• Take advantage of the opportunity to have more than
your regular seats for a targeted game
• Enjoy the added convenience of trading tickets from
home by logging in to your Manitoba Moose Account
Weekend games must be traded for future weekend games. Weekday games must
be traded for future weekday games.
The maximum number of games that can be traded varies based on your

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets must be traded online through Manitoba Moose
Account Manager. No changes will be allowed once a given game has
commenced. Tickets cannot be traded at the MTS Centre Box Office.

FORWARDING TICKETS
Package Holders are encouraged to forward tickets
electronically through their online Manitoba Moose
Account for greater convenience and security.
You can forward as many games as you wish – any remaining seats stay in your
Manitoba Moose Account and on your Moose Pass.
Benefits to the Package Holder:
• You will have a record of all activity on your account throughout the season
• Digital ticketing significantly lessens confusion regarding ticket transfers
• Managing your seats online is more convenient and secure than distributing
paper tickets
Benefits to the Recipient:
• Will receive all game day communication electronically
• Will easily be able to request replacement of tickets if lost or stolen
• Will have ownership of the ticket to use for mobile entry, forwarding or printing
PLEASE NOTE: After seats to games have been successfully forwarded,
they are no longer in the possession of the primary package holder and the
barcode associated with your package holder Moose Pass is no longer valid for
that specific game.

• View and scan barcodes from your mobile device for entry to all
Manitoba Moose home games at the MTS Centre
• Convenience – your current seat barcode is always with you
• Works without needing to save a file or download an app
• Mobile Entry works for any game or seat on your Manitoba Moose Account,
including multiple seats for the same game

DONATING TICKETS
By donating your Manitoba Moose tickets,
you will help provide an unforgettable
experience to a child associated with the
Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation.
Tickets must be donated 48 hours in advance of the
home game. Donors will receive a charitable tax receipt
equal to the amount of the price originally paid.
Donations of more than one seat for any game
are preferred.

PRINTING TICKETS
Package Holders can also print individual game tickets.
Before printing, Package Holders must decide whether to assign a new barcode
when tickets have been lost or stolen, or to keep the same barcode if you’re
experiencing printer problems or forgot your tickets.
Distribution of printed, hard copy tickets is not encouraged as the package holder
does not have full control over the ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: Printing a ticket does not send a command to your printer.
Instead, it generates a PDF file that you may save and print at your convenience.
You must use a desktop or laptop computer to print a ticket.
