Welcome to Toronto. At 6 p.m, gather at the
hotel with your Travel Director and fellow
travelers for a Welcome Reception. Transfer

Day 2 – 29 June – Toronto
Sightseeing
Start the day with an orientation tour of
cosmopolitan, multi-cultural Toronto, viewing
sprawling Queens Park; the lively
entertainment district, stately University Avenue
and the Provincial Parliament Buildings. This
afternoon enjoy a panoramic view of the
thundering cascades at Niagara Falls before
taking an exhilarating boat ride to the base of
spectacular Horseshoe Falls. FB

Day 3 – 30 June – Toronto –
Kingston – Montebello (2 Nights)
Travel north along the shore of Lake Ontario
for an orientation tour of Canada’s first
capital, Kingston. See the beautiful historic
buildings, churches, picturesque
neighborhoods and 19th century fortifications.
Continue through rolling farmlands, passing
flowing rivers and lakes to arrive at
Montebello,our home for the next two nights.

Day 4 - 1 July – Ottawa Excursion
(Canada Day Celebration)
Embark on an introductory tour of the city,
viewing the elegant buildings of Parliament
Hill, Rideau Hall, the residence of the
Governor General of Canada, and the
beautiful downtown parks with their exquisite
gardens. FB

Day 5 - 2 July – Montebello Montreal (1 Night)
Travel to Montreal, the cultural capital of
French Canada and the largest Frenchspeaking city outside of France. Stop at Mount
Royal (the hill that gave its name to the city)
for panoramic views over one of the loveliest
cities in North America. Here, your Local
Specialist introduces you to the historic sites of
the city, including a visit to the spectacular
Notre-Dame Basilica. Tonight, enjoy dinner at

Day 6 - 3 July – Montreal –
Charlottetown – Crowbush
(2 Nights)
After breakfast we are transferred to the
Montreal international Airport for our flight to
Charlottetown. Upon arrival at the
Charlottetown Airport we will be transferred to
our hotel in Crowbush, our home for the next
two nights. Tonight enjoy a hotel dinner.

Day 7 - 4 July – Charlottetown
and Prince Edward Island
Excursion
Join a Local Specialist today for an insider’s
tour of Prince Edward Island. Begin your
exploration at Prince Edward Island National
Park with its sand dunes festooned with gently
waving beach grass and striking red
sandstone cliffs. Enjoy a taste of the local
specialty during your Be My Guest Lunch. In
Cavendish, visit Anne of Green Gables
Heritage Place and its museums and sites.
Later, return to Charlottetown and enjoy the

Day 8 - 5 July – Crowbush –
Shediac Bay – Hopewell Rocks –
Saint John (NB) (1 Night)
Cross back over the Northumberland Strait via
the Confederation Bridge, an eight-mile-long
engineering wonder. Once in New Brunswick,
head onto the waters of Shediac Bay. Then,
visit the magnificently eroded Hopewell Rocks
in the Bay of Fundy, site of the world’s highest
tides. Arrive in Saint John this evening. FB, D

Day 9 - 6 July – Saint John –
Halifax (2 Nights)
This morning we will take a ferry to Digby.
Later enjoy a visit of Annapolis Royal with a
Local Specialist. Then, continue on to the
vibrant city of Halifax. This evening is at

Day 10 – 7 July – Halifax
Sightseeing and Free Time
Explore this sparkling port city. Visit the
massive Halifax Citadel, formerly one of the
principal naval bases of the British Empire.
The rest of the day is free to pursue your own
interests until the evening when you visit one
of the oldest breweries in Canada, located in
a massive ironstone and granite building for a
Cultural Insight. Animators in period costume
and character bring 1863 Halifax to life in
song and story as they lead you through
Alexander Keith’s beautifully detailed brew
house and taproom, followed by a Regional
Meal of traditional Maritimes pub fare and the

Day 11 – 8 July – Halifax
Departure
Bid au revoir to your newfound friends as you
are transferred to the airport, for your flight
home. Transfers are available. Conditions
