I don’t see any verification letters or numbers
If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox, your browser might be blocking images. Follow the
instructions for your browser to see if it is blocking images:
• Internet Explorer
• Firefox (Windows)
• Firefox (Mac OS X)
• Firefox (Linux)
Internet Explorer
1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears.

2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down to Multimedia and select the Show pictures checkbox.
4. Click OK to save your changes.
