REGISTRATION begins on MARCH 8th.
Before Camp 7:00 am to 8:50 am
(Light Breakfast, Games, $4.00 per Hour)
Summer Camp 9 am to 3 pm
Games, Arts and Crafts, Swimming, Field Trips,
Sports, Karate, and much more.
After Camp Care 3 pm to 6 pm (Games, Snacks, etc $4.00 per hour)
Registration Fee: $60.00 first child and $25 for each additional child
Camp Fee: $100.00 per Week
FIRST DAY INFO: Bring your children into the Cafeteria building, where they
will be met and greeted by a teacher and counselor. A counselor will show them where
to put their belongings. They will need to wear a bathing suit under their clothes to
camp everyday except on field trip days. (Please have a full change of clothes). Bring,
towel, floaties, flip flops, and sunscreen (apply sunscreen at home).
Campers may bring a lunch and drink in a lunch box or bag.
CAMPERS MAY ALSO PURCHASE A LUNCH/Snacks in our Cafeteria.
PLEASE LABEL ALL BELONGINGS with a sharpie!!!!
Please have all floaters blown up before coming to camp.

Camp Jaguar
2016!
Camp Jaguar offers a relaxed environment where children continue to grow and
develop with weekly themes that are packed with activities that promote fun,
fitness, friendship, and creativity each week of camp. Safety is our Top Priority.
Please make note of the following:
1.
Camp T-Shirts, socks and tennis shoes are required on field trip days only. Wednesday is field trip
day unless otherwise noted (please make sure to be on time on field trip day). You will be notified if we
have any changes with our weekly newsletter.
2.
The camp phone number is 837-7806. Beginning May 23nd, all calls should be made to this number.
3.
Please make sure to mark all items with the camper’s name. A bag that can hold all of their camp
“stuff” is also very helpful. Large school backpacks work well. Please bring nap mats for our 3 and 4
year old campers.
4.
We swim everyday except for field trip days. Floaties and swim rings are allowed and encouraged for
those who have not yet mastered swimming (especially ages 4,5 & 6). NO WATER GUNS ARE
ALLOWED near the pool at any time. Please have floaties blown up. A Certified lifeguard supervises
our swimming pool at all times. Each summer every child takes a mandatory swim test before they are
allowed to go in the pool. The children who do not prove themselves able to swim must wear floaties in
the pool. Awareness of the campers’ swimming ability is a serious issue at camp. If you feel your
child/children does not have the experience or ability to swim in the pool, please let us know.

5.
Regular camp activities include sports, indoor activities, arts & crafts, and more.
6.
If you arrive after 9:15 am, check in with your child at the CAMP OFFICE. Campers checking out
before 2:45 pm must be checked out through the CAMP OFFICE.
7.
Check the lost and found table frequently. As camp progresses, ”lost” items accumulate.
Payment Policies
1.
Payment must be received by 5/9/16 for Weeks 1 through 5. Weeks 6 through 9 must be paid for by
6/13/16. Checks are to be made payable to “Camp Jaguar”. Campers will forfeit their reserved space
if payments are not received by the specified due dates. Any NSF checks received will be assessed a
service charge of $32.00, no refunds, and all future payments must be paid by MONEY ORDERS
ONLY
(ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE)
2.
Parents who pay for five weeks in advance will receive the fifth week of camp at 50% off. These do
not have to be consecutive weeks. The total for five weeks under this special will be $450.00. Full
payment must be received by May 9 to qualify for the discount.
3.
Camp Jaguar offers a discount for families with three or more children attending camp. Please
contact the office for details or email [email protected].
PARENTS KEEP THIS PAGE Before and After Camp Care
1.
Camp Jaguar is happy to provide supervised childcare both before and after camp at a charge of $4.00
per hour, per child. This is billed by the quarter hour.
2.
After Camp Care ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please be on time to pick up your campers. A late fee of
$1.00 per minute will be assessed for any camper picked up after 6:00 p.m.
3.
BCC and ACC charges must be paid within 14 days of being posted on the bill. Bills are sent home with the
campers and payments should be left in the payment box located in the camp office with campers name
and BCC/ACC labeled on the payment.

Procedures
1. Fill out the Registration Form on the rear of this form and return it to the
school office as quickly as possible along with the $60 registration fee. Mark off
the weeks you are reserving for your camper. Keep the Parents reminder page
with the payment schedule on it. Use this as a reminder of your payment due
dates.
2.
You must indicate the weeks your child (ran) is/are planning to attend. Camp Jaguar usually has a lengthy
waiting list and uses every available space. A space for each registrant is reserved only for the weeks
indicated on this form. If we are unable to accommodate your child, we will contact you within a week of
receiving your form.
3.
Parents of children who have more than two potty accidents will be required to make other arrangements
for their children for the remainder of the summer.
4.
Camp Jaguar reserves the right to suspend a camper for dangerous behavior or after three visits to the
office. Depending on the nature and gravity of the offense the camper may be asked not to return.
