OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

MAY – Shoeboxes: $21 can buy us 100 cardboardboxes from Samaritian
Purse or $1 can buy 1 plastic one from Walmart that they can use over
and over.
JUNE – Non Liquid Hygeine items: soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes,
comb/hairbrush, washcloths, tissues, etc…
JULY - Toys (nothing militant): stuffed animal, dolls, matchbox cars,
kazoos, yo-yos, whistles, if toys need batteries send extra, etc…
AUGUST – Clothing: shirts, socks, hair bows, hats, watches, jewelry,
flashlights (with extra batteries), etc…
SEPTEMBER – School supplies: pens, pencils, sharpeners, coloring books,
crayons, books (board or picture), etc…
OCTOBER – Money: each box needs $7 for shipping – we will use any
extra money to buy whatever is lacking in any of the boxes.
NOVEMBER – Assembly & Wrapping: we will assemble the boxes and
determine what else is needed to fill them and we will wrap the boxes.
NOVEMBER 16-23, 2015 - COLLECTION WEEK!!!
Our goal last year was 10 and we collected enough for 21. This year we
would like our goal to be 30 boxes.
REMEMBER – Everything must fit in a shoebox. Nothing used. Handmade
stuff/crafts are cool! 
