businesses around your town for a corporate sale.

Important Sale Dates
The Susquahanna Council Popcorn Sale is an important part of
your child’s Scouting experience. It provides necessary funding for
all the great programs he gets from the Susquehanna Council and
from his unit. To make this year’s sale a success, we need your
support. Here is how you can help:
August
• 2nd - Bald Eagle District Popcorn training – 6-9:00pm, City Alliance
Church 380 W 4th St, Williamsport, PA 17701
• 4th - Seven Bridges District Popcorn training – 6-9:00pm, St. John’s
Lutheran Church 300 Queen Street Northumberland, PA 17857
• 8th - Unit “Show and Sell” orders are due online to Camp Masters
• 27th - “Show and Sell” popcorn distribution at Keystone Bingo – “Show
and Sell” Sale Begins
• Help your Scout set their goal and encourage them along the
trail to success.
• Make sure that your Scout gets the opportunity to sell to
friends, neighbors and relatives.
• Remind your Scout that the biggest reason people don’t buy is
because they haven’t been asked.
• Remember to contact all of your Scout’s customers from 2015.
• Help his sale by taking a CampMasters Order Form to work
with you.
October
• 17th - Unit “Take Orders” due online to Camp Masters - “Show and Sell”
Returns due at Keystone Bingo (Limits Apply)
November
• 3rd - Sorting Night at Milton Transport, 4:30-6:30pm
• 4th - “Take Order” distribution – Milton Transport (Units will be emailed a
specific pick up time 4:30-6:30pm) Please have payment ready at pickup.
• 5th - Dunnstown Distribution 9-10:00 am at Dunnstown Fire Hall. Please
have payment ready at pickup.
