CONDO MARKET
During the past 55 months
the condo inventory has
been reduced from 3,494
units to 731 units. We presently have 28 Foreclosures
on the market, 34 Short
Sales, 102 Pending Sales
and 63 Contingent Sales.
There have been 55 condos
sold this past month.
Inventory is down by 44
units, Foreclosures are up
by 4. Short Sales down by
10, Pending Closings down by
2. Contingent sales are down
by 12, Number of units closed
is down by 2.
Of the 731 condo units on the
market only 458 are Gulf
Front units.
