Terms and Conditions
Customer Advantage is the Brian Hilton Sydney Motor Group benefit program that rewards customers for their continued loyalty.
This program is based on a point system encouraging customer satisfaction. As part of this benefit scheme members receive a
magazine.
Joining Customer Advantage requires no joining fee. A purchase of any new or used vehicle from Brian Hilton Sydney Motor
Group automatically registers you as a member of the Customer Advantage Program. Customers that have not purchased a
vehicle are welcome to join, simply by completing an application form located at the Sales, Service or Spare Parts departments
or registering online.
With every vehicle purchase the customer receives 50 advantage points. Members do not receive a percentage of the vehicle
sale price nor do they earn points on accessories or aftermarket purchases that form part of the vehicle sale contract. Points are
only earned on Service and Spare Parts that are purchased after delivery of the vehicle has been taken. Purchases at Spare
Parts or Service, customers are entitled to 7.5% of the total invoice after GST in advantage points. One (1) Advantage point =
$1.00 dollar
Redeeming Advantage points may be used to purchase or make part payment towards Spare Parts or Service facilities at Brian
Hilton Sydney Motor Group. Once a customer has accrued 100 advantage points or more they have the opportunity to receive a
Golden Advantage Card, to the value of $100 or more, whereby there are advantage points valid for use. Advantage points can
also be used as a part payment towards your next vehicle purchase, new or pre-owned at any Brian Hilton Sydney Motor Group
Dealership. Only current advantage points can be used as part payment of the vehicle purchase. The awarded 50 advantage
bonus points for the vehicle purchase cannot be used as a part payment for that sale. Those points are awarded after the vehicle
purchase and therefore are not current and cannot be used as a part payment. There is no limit as to how many points can be
used on payments within the dealership. It is purely the discretion of the customer and the advantage points valid for use, with
the exception of new and pre-owned vehicle purchases. A maximum of 2,000 Advantage points can be used on a single new or
pre-owned vehicle purchase. If a customer would like to use their advantage points for a purchase or part payment on Service,
Parts or a new or pre-owned vehicle purchase, they must notify the customer service representative at the time of transaction.
No amount of points will be redeemable for cash. There is no other way in which points may be redeemed.
The Golden Advantage allows customers to redeem and transfer their points onto a Visa card. This card can then be used at any
store that carries eftpos facilities. To be eligible for a Golden Advantage a customer must have accrued 100 or more valid
advantage points. Once the card has been issued Brian Hilton Sydney Motor Group is not responsible for any stolen, loss or
damages to the card. Terms may vary however there will be a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 3 years expiry on each

Roadside Assistance Renewal: To be eligible for a complimentary 1 year Brian Hilton Sydney Motor Group Roadside Assistance,
all new vehicles must comply with the Manufacturers Service Guidelines. All used vehicles must be serviced a minimum of 2
routine services at Brian Hilton Sydney Motor Group within a 12 month period. A complimentary 1 year Brian Hilton Sydney Motor
Group Standard Roadside Assistance will only be provided to customers who have a current Brian Hilton Sydney Motor Group
Roadside Assistance account, whether it be from the purchase of a vehicle or paid. If a customer misses a routine service, they
forfeit their Roadside Assistance.
Expiration of Advantage Points: A customer can lose their advantage points if their account has become inactive over a three (3)
year period. Advantage points will expire when; there has been no purchase activity over the course of three (3) years; no
advantage points have been used during the past three (3) years and no advantage points have been added during the past
three (3) years. All customers can continue to accumulate their advantage points for larger purchases such as a new vehicle. The
expiration of points will only occur if there is a dormant account that has not been interactive for the course of three (3) years.
The Spotters Reward encourages existing customers to promote the Brian Hilton Sydney Motor Group brand throughout the
Sydney community. The spotters reward was established to reward our loyal customers for inviting their friends and family into
the dealership. The reward consists of 100 advantage points to be added to the customers’ existing Customer Advantage account.
A customer can receive 100 Advantage points free through the ‘Spotters Reward’. The spotters reward will only be given to those
who have recommended a person or persons to our dealership and results in the purchase of a vehicle. The referred customer
must be mentioned at the beginning of the sales process and an application will need to be completed by the salesperson no
later than close of deal to be entitled for such points. The application will be processed upon delivery of the vehicle. The 100
advantage point is not redeemable for cash. If the referrer rejects or does not want the 100 bonus advantage points, no points
will be given.

Privacy Statement – The Customer Advantage Program adheres to the Privacy Statement signed by the customer at the time
of purchase. If a member has any queries or concerns about the way the Dealer manages their information they should contact
the Privacy Officer on (02) 9398 7666. Customers may cancel their membership at any time simply by contacting the Customer
Advantage Team on (02) 9398 7666.
Please note: Fleet and Government vehicle purchasers as well as Fleet servicing customers and trade customers are not eligible
for the Customer Advantage Program.
