The Town of Snowmass Village Transportation Dept.
(Town) is seeking competitive proposals to replace tile in
the Town’s Daly Lane depot restrooms. The successful
bidder will remove the existing tile and replace with new
commercial grade tile. It is expected the project should be
completed in roughly two weeks.
1. Tile specifications: Must be commercial grade tile.
The tile must meet a minimum wet DCOF acutest
value of 0.42 with a minimum shade variation of V3.
Floor tile dimensions of 12x24, wall tile dimensions of
12x12.
2. Tile color: Crossville AV292 Caldera 12x24 floor tile
or approved substitute. Crossville AV291 12x12 wall
tile or approved substitute. Horizontal accent detail
Crossville AV294 12x12 or approved substitute.
Please note that substitute tile is required to have an
anti-graffiti coating fired into the surface of the tile.

B. General Liability Insurance
2. Previous Experience: Include references of past
commercial or municipal project experience.
3. Professional Qualifications: Please state your
professional qualifications such as education, training,
and/or years of experience.
4. Project Approach: Supply a narrative on how you will
approach this project. Please state primary and
secondary tasks required to complete the project, from
start to finish. - Include a proposed schedule noting the
primary and secondary tasks and an estimated timeline
to complete each task.
5. Bid Sheet: Please proved the following information:
Cost for tile removal, wall and floor preparation, tile
installation, site cleanup, see attached bid sheet.
