At AHIS we offer a holistic education in which we develop the whole child their socio-emotional, physical, spiritual, as well as their intellectual development is
important to us. We want the children to be happy and healthy during their time
at school and so teachers create many learning experiences that are fun and
interesting. Our hope is that our children will continue to grow and learn throughout
their lives in Cambodia and beyond.

AHIS has an open door to all Cambodian families and love to see parents involved
in their child’s education. We maximize the space we have by taking the learning
outside as often as we can. The children enjoy learning in a natural environment.
We take every opportunity to develop our curriculum being creative in linking
the English National Curriculum with the Cambodian National Curriculum through
interesting themes to provide an outstanding educational experience.

As a bilingual school AHIS enables Cambodian children to learn English alongside
Khmer so that they reach an excellent standard of fluency in each. Each day
children come to school with enthusiasm and know that their day will be full of
enjoyment as they learn together.
Asian Hope International School is part of Asian Hope Cambodia which works to
protect, educate and empower the children of Cambodia. Asian Hope International
School is dedicated to provide a high quality, child centred education, in a safe
and pleasant Christian environment, ensuring that every child feels worthy and
appreciated.
Asian Hope International School is a bilingual school for Cambodian children and
our classes will be taught in English and Khmer, helping the children to appreciate
and retain their own culture, while being prepared to take their place in the global
world.
Teaching will be done from a Christian worldview but always in a very open
and unpressured atmosphere, recognizing that the children come from different
religious backgrounds.
The vision of the school is to provide quality Christian education for Cambodian
children. Using the the Cambodian and English National Curriculum in an integrated
theme approach.
Asian Hope exists to protect, educate and empower
children in Cambodia through its many holistic
programs. Asian Hope believes that education is the
key to rising above extreme poverty, lack of resources
and child trafficking. Through three formal schools,
Village Development Programs and the Higher
Education and Leadership Preparation Program, Asian
Hope gives thousands of children and families the
power to influence Cambodia for generations to come.
