and using a 4.2 times multiplier for a maximum emission rate of:
S70 Modeled emission Rate= (0.0003 lb)/hr ((453.6 grams)/lb)(hr/(3600 sec))(4.2)=0.00015876 g/s
S55 - The rate is based on a stack test completed in August 2009 for S55 where the average lead
emission rate was measured to be 0.0266 lb/hr. The modeled emission rate was calculated by
converting to g/s and using a 1.5 times multiplier for a maximum emission rate of:
S55 Modeled emission Rate= (0.0266 lb)/hr ((453.6 grams)/lb)(hr/(3600 sec))(1.5)=0.005027 g/s
S13 - The rate is based on a stack test completed in August 2009 for S13 where the average lead
emission rate was measured to be 0.00211 lb/hr. The modeled emission rate was calculated by
converting to g/s and using a 1.5 times multiplier for a maximum emission rate of:
S13 Modeled emission Rate= (0.00211 lb)/hr ((453.6 grams)/lb)(hr/(3600 sec))(1.5)=0.0003987 g/s
