Darren LeBeau - Revere Local Schools

Darren LeBeau started teaching in 1989, prior to coming to Revere Local Schools in
1998. At Revere High School, Mr. LeBeau’s primary responsibilities include Symphonic
Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, and the Marching Minutemen. He also teaches beginning
instrumental music at Bath Elementary School and assists with the Revere Middle
School band program. In addition to his teaching duties, Mr. LeBeau is the Auditorium
Manager and High School Building Use coordinator. Prior to his assignment at Revere,
he was the assistant band director at Barberton City Schools and Claymont City Schools.
Mr. LeBeau earned both his Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Music Education
from The University of Akron. He is actively involved in the Ohio Music Education
Association (OMEA) and has participated in the OMEA Leadership Academy. He is an
active OMEA Adjudicator for Marching Band, Solo and Ensemble and Large Group
Adjudicated events. He has also served OMEA as a host for High School Large Group
and Marching Band adjudicated events. Mr. LeBeau actively performs with the Brass
Band of the Western Reserve. He has been on the administrative staff for the Revere
High School Winter Guard and the In Blue Winter Guard since their inceptions. His
professional memberships include the Revere Education Association, Ohio Education
Association, National Education Association, Ohio Music Education Association and
Music Educators National Conference.
