Name of works (For tender No. 01/16) GUNA & ASKN :--Prov of W/S arrangment by providing one RCC tank of capacity 2.50
lakhs litres, one bore well along with pipeline network. Habibganj – Provision of C&W office
and STR facility, Ganj Basoda – Provision of RPF barracks for 6 beds, PY ET- Replacement
of charging panel and cable by new one, NY ET – dismantling of HT / LT rail pole and line,
ACSR conductor in different locations, BHS – Provision of COP in front of DySS office
between two COP and 5 bays COP on UP PFs and improvement to circulating area, ET –
Provision of 10 bay cover over shed on PF no. 6& 7 along with water booth.

The Earnest Money should be in cash or banker’s cheques/Demand Draft in favour of
FA&CAO/WCR/Jabalpur executed by State bank of India or any of the nationalized banks or
by a scheduled Bank. Cash to be deposited with Chief Cashier West Central Railway,
Jabalpur/ Divisional Cashier West Central Railway, Bhopal. Tender forms not accompanied
by requisite earnest money in suitable form shall be summarily rejected.
Tender booklet containing schedule of work, drawing, technical specification etc. can be had
from this office within fifteen days from the date of opening and up to 11.00 hours on the date
of opening, after depositing the above said amount for respective tender in the account of
DRM/L/WCR/BPL at any Railway station. The same can be downloaded from the website
‘http://wcr.indianrailways.gov.in’.
Tender must be submitted in sealed cover supercribing Tender No., Name of work, Date of
opening upto15.00 hours on the date of opening in the tender box kept in this office. Tender
box will be sealed at 15.05 hours. Tenders will be opened in presence of tenderers or their
representative (if present) at 15.15 hours on the same day. If it happens to be a holiday on

either the date of sale/accepting/opening of tender the date will be treated extended on the
next working day.
Undersigned has the power to accept or reject any of the tender without assigning any reason
for such action.
Tenderers
who have executed works
with Central/State Govt/Semi-Govt
Organization/Authorities, PSUs. Govt. of India undertakings shall only be considered.
Certificates from private individuals for whom such work are executed/being executed shall
not be accepted.
For participating in tenders for an electrical nature of work, the contractor shall have
to possess valid electrical license of appropriate voltage issued by any State
Government under Clause 45 of Compilation of Rule of Indian Electricity Rules 1956
or as amended from time to time. Electrical works of 11KV and above including OHE
‘A’ class Electrical Contractor license is essential.
The license can be possessed with one of the partners or in his own name if sole
proprietor. Firm should submit a self-attested copy of the Electrical Contractor
License along with the offer; otherwise the offer will be summarily rejected.
