About Spinnaker College

Business Executives (ABE) to conduct a variety of management courses.
Advanced Diploma Course (ABE)
Spinnaker College Business School is the only ABE accredited college in
Portsmouth. Our globally recognised ABE courses at Certificate (NQF Level
3), Diploma (NQF Level 5) and Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 6) Levels,
provide progression into Bachelors, Masters and MBA courses offered by
more than 86 universities world wide.

Management Course Contents

computers and travel and tourism, depending on the type of management
course you choose. You need to pass four subjects to complete this
course.
Diploma Course (ABE)
The diploma course covers economic principles and their application
to business, organisational behaviour, financial accounting, quantitative
methods for business and management, marketing policy, planning
and communication, human resource management and development,
management in action, principles of business law, systems analysis and
design, personnel information systems, project, operations and quality

case study, strategic marketing management, strategic human
resource management, managing the information resource,

marketing communications, international marketing, and international
travel, tourism and hospitality, depending on the type of management
course you select. You need to pass five subjects to complete this
course.
Postgraduate Diploma Course (ABP)
The ABP Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management covers Strategic Business Management and Planning, Organisational
Resource Planning, Management of Financial Resources and
Performance, Leadership and Change Management and Corporate
Management in Action (an integrative case study). You need to pass
a minimum of five subjects to complete this course.
Your Learning Experience
You will benefit from the diversity of students on the course,
who come from many different backgrounds, bringing their own
knowledge and experience to share with each other. Attendance is
15hrs of study a week.We encourage students to spend time reading
the study material and undertaking self-directed learning. Exams are
conducted in June and December every year.
