It Affected them from the climate and they exported agricultural products and natural resources. Government In the Middle Colonies the people only had one governor. Only one person ruled or made the rules and civilized all of the middle colonies. Today there is still one person as president but we have a bunch of state,city,and town governors. We also have different people who vote on rules but back then only ONE person did all of that. Here were the some important names on the one position spot and where they were from.
