Configuring your SIP Handset or Adapter
Once you have signed up to the CloudCall Service you will be required to configure your
handset or adapter for each account in order to make and receive phone calls. The default settings are:
SIP Server Address (SIP Domain): sip.synety.com
SIP Port: 5060 (this is usuall the default setting)
SIP Address: 44xxxxxxxxxx (this is your assigned CloudCall phone number and account id)
Auth UserID: 44xxxxxxxxxx (this is always the same as the SIP Address above - eg: 4411642440123)
Auth Passw0rd: xxxxxxxx (this is the password that is generated for each CloudCall user account)
Note: If you are unsure of your Auth UserID (also known as username) and Password, you can find
these displayed as "number" and "password" under the Service Accounts section on the SYNETY Portal.
