An 18 hole Golf Course and Driving Range
Extending to 6,300 yards with a 71 par, the golf
course is an 18 hole parkland course situated in
two blocks, either side of the Saham Road and
flanking the River Wissey, which flows in an east
-westerly direction through the course.
Built in 1990 on a medium to heavy soil, the
course has irrigation to the tees and greens.
The course has been planted with a variety
of ornamental deciduous trees that are now
well established. Man made lakes have been
integrated into the course to provide further
interest. Extending to about 100 acres, there

to separate negotiation with the adjoining
landowner.
To the east of the Saham Road, is a four bay
covered driving range extending to 230 yards, and
