Visitor, whose role is to alleviate fuel poverty by improving personal health
through behavioural change around affordable warmth and energy efficiency,
using home visits. The postholder will use local data to plan a structured and
targeted approach in order to generate referrals for home visits, produce
targeted mailshots and follow up door-knocking to promote the service in
targeted areas, targeting on an area by area basis as well as generating
referrals. They will carry out home visits and enable the reduction of fuel bills
in a practical and sustainable way through a range of supporting activities.

FLOW OF AN INLAND WATER BY MEANS OF IMPOUNDING WORKS
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act
1991 and Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and
Impounding) Regulations 2006 that the Environment Agency is applying to the
Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for a licence to
obstruct or impede the flow of Snowhill Creek at West Wittering, West Sussex.

Further details of the proposal are: The existing culvert and tidal flap within
Snowhill Creek will be replaced. A new steel and wooden tidal flap on the seaward side of the culvert will be installed. The new culvert and tidal flap have been
designed to renew and replicate works already in place at the site. The system is
known as a regulated tidal exchange. The impoundment forms part of coastal
defence improvement works at West Wittering.
A copy of the application, map, plan and any other document submitted with it
may be inspected free of charge at the address of the Environment Agency at
Guildbourne House, Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LD during
normal office hours (Mondays-Fridays, except bank holidays).
