Information
The giraffe is the tallest land animal – up to 6
metres in height! Rothschild’s, sometimes
called Baringo or Ugandan, is one of nine
giraffe subspecies. It has deep brown,
blotched or rectangular spots with poorly
defined cream lines.

Edith was terrified on a visit to a maze in
Aviemore as a small child, because the dead
ends had signs reading ‘here be creepycrawlies’ and she didn’t believe that an
official sign could lie!
