So what is FACT?
FACT stands for Finchampstead and Crowthorne Together. Wokingham Borough Council schools are divided
into clusters of schools and these clusters work together sharing ideas and good practice to ensure the best
possible outcomes for their children and families.
Which schools are involved?
The FACT family of schools is made up of: Hatch Ride Primary, Oaklands Infant & Junior Schools, St Sebastians CE, Nine Mile Ride Primary, Gorse Ride Infants & Junior Schools and Finchampstead CE.
What is the aim of the website?
There is a huge wealth of information available to parents and carers about activities and services going on
in Wokingham and Bracknell boroughs and further afield. The website aims to give out information that directly affects our cluster of schools making it easier for parents and carers to access.
What kind of information can I find?
Too much to list here! For example - There is information on support services available, activities and
clubs, details of latest events going on including Knex workshops, first aid courses and much more.. As the
website is also in its infancy there will continue to be updated information added over the coming months.
How can I access the website?
The website address is: www.factfamilyofschools.co.uk. There is also a link from each school’s home website. In addition, you can also choose to subscribe to the blog which will keep you updated of any future
activities and events.
What if I can’t find the information that I need?
If there is something specific in terms of support or clubs that you are looking for and it is not listed then
