The client had core IT team which was small and
was looking to tie-up with an external partner to
provide AMS services for 3 years starting 2013.

Provided global coverage (especially after the
global roll-out of critical apps).

Provided L2 and L3 services support for JD
Edwards v9.1, Hyperion v11.1.2 and Siebel v8.1.1.7.
JD Edwards 8.12, 9.1.

Worked collaboratively with the existing team
for L2 / L3 tickets.
Modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, Sales, Procurement,
Advanced Pricing, Transportation, Warehouse,
Advanced Cost Accounting.

Took up transition that met the transformation
program global roll-out schedule.
Database: MS SQL Server 2008 (Cluster).

Provided flexibility in resourcing depending on
the needs at client location.

Cross trained teams across multiple functional
areas to optimize team structure and provide
better coverage to business users.
