Let the GOOD TIMES Roll!
Congratulations to the following employees for “being caught in the act” of doing the
right thing for our patients and co-workers. The photos on the front coincide with the
great stories below. Don’t be surprised to see yourself included in a future edition
of the ECM Good Times!
Amanda Covington, 6 West “This is a very nice young lady. She bent over backwards
sitting in here talking to me and taking care of me. We need more nurses like her. She was
God-sent to do this job. Thank you, Amanda.”
Annette Woods, 6 West “Annette was so helpful in every way. She would go out of her way
to care for the patient’s needs. She answered every question I had about my care and what to
expect. She was always on time. This kind of care is special. Thank you, Annette, for making
my stay so pleasant.”
Ashley Lovelace, 6 West “I would recommend Ashley to anyone! She was absolutely
amazing—I am determined she is the best member of your staff.”
Britney Schulte, 6 West “Britney called me to express concern for a pt. She took it upon
herself to look throughout the pt’s history and call me with concerns. She really came through
for and saved the patient. Britney is an asset to the nursing field.”
Carson Randolph, 6 West “This little lady is my caretaker. She is one of the best. She goes
out of her way to help in any way she can! I wish all your nurses were more like Carson. Keep
up the great work, Carson.”
Chappell Brink, 6 West “She is a very nice young lady. She tells me what I need to know.
She loves you and treats you how you want to be treated. One honest young lady! That’s
exactly what we needed. Thank you, Chappell, for being exactly who we needed.”
Chastity Beene, 3 West “The professionalism and care when my health began to decline was
amazing. Actually, all who helped me were great. A thumbs up to Chastity and the rest of the
staff for their professional care at ECM.”
Chris Brill, Respiratory “I was moving a bed to CTRU and the bed was proving difficult to
move. Chris stepped in and helped me get it going. Thank you, Chris, for all the unspoken
things you do!”
Emory Burns, 1 West “Emory was filling in for CTRU and did an excellent job. Then we had
the pleasure of having her again in PCU! Thank you, Emory, for you kindness,
compassion, and skill. You are the sweetest thing!”
Greg Kratohvil, 6 West “Greg is outstanding! I am so grateful for the kindness he showed me
and my family—you are amazing, Greg! Thank you for all you continue to do.”
Gwen Romans, Respiratory “She helped care for our patients. In doing this, she gave other
staff members the chance to take a break and get re-energized. Thank you, Gwen, for all you did
for us!”
Holly Blackburn, CTRU “Thank you, friend, for taking such good care of my husband. It was so
comforting to know you were caring for him right out of surgery. Your love, energy, and skills
were truly appreciated. God bless you.”
Jackie Bevis, 4 West “Jackie went above and beyond with my care. I truly don’t think I would
have made it through emotionally if it weren’t for her. I just want her to know she is an absolute
angel on Earth! My husband and I are so grateful we had her throughout this journey. Thank you
so much, Jackie!”
Jarrod Hobbs, IS “Jarrod had to fix my account. He came up to my desk and had lots of
patience with me. He got everything working once again. Thanks for the great work, Jarrod!
Keep it up.”
Jenny Brooks, 4 West “My delivery was very difficult for me. We worked all day and most of
the night without much progress. I was about ready to give up, and Jenny gave me the strength
and motivation to continue. Soon, my daughter was born. Thank you so much, Jenny, for being
there for me!”

different nights, and was such a joy each time.”
