Granite School District Fitness for Life 10 Grade Physical Education Curriculum Map Core Standards/Objectives Enduring Understanding Enduring Understanding: Students attain the knowledge and skills necessary to self-assess, create, conduct, evaluate, and redesign personal fitness programs. Standards/Objectives: 1st Quarter 1. Students will demonstrate competency in motor skills and movement patters needed to participate in activity. 2. Students will demonstrate understanding of fitness and nutrition. 3. Students will participate in regular physical activity.
