Instn's barometer sited at the foot of the High St.
near the Quay. The Council has assume
responsibility for the instrument and Professor
R.B. Dew, Holly Grange, Langham Road,
Bowden Cheshire has offered to rehouse it in a
teak case in memory of his father.
