2017 Installation Dinner

Thank you to everyone who attended the Humboldt Association of Realtors® annual Installation of
Officers dinner on Saturday, January 14th at the Sequoia Conference Center. There were over 125
people in attendance. The facility was great and it was a fun crowd and for those of you who left
early you missed fantastic dancing to DJ Lightening Boom.
The new 2017 Board of Directors were installed. The outgoing Directors and Officers were honored
for their time serving on the Board of Directors: Kristi Machado as President-Elect, Elizabeth
Campbell as Secretary/Treasurer, Jeremy Stanfield as Past President, and Directors: Victoria
Foersterling 2014-2016, Joyce West 2014-2016, Andy Parker 2010-2016, Kim Quintal 2015-2016
and a special thank you and recognition to Robin Ronay—MLS Director 2006-2016. The
following members were honored and thanked for chairing committees: Affiliates Committee—Kim

as the 2016 Rookie of the Year. 2014 Realtor or the Year Victoria Copeland announced and
congratulated Jeremy Stanfield, Landmark Real Estate at the 2016 Realtor of the
Year. Congratulations!!!! You all deserve these special awards.

2017 Membership Dues
Annual Realtor dues WERE due by January 1, 2017. Realtor® Annual dues are invoiced through
NAR's ECommerce, which allows you to pay your dues online with a credit or debit card or by
electronic check. You are still welcome and encouraged to pay with a check and mail it to HAR
or stop by and pay with cash. If you need assistance accessing NAR’s Ecommerce, contact Cass
at (707) 442-2978 or email [email protected].
To view and pay your invoice, simply click on the link in the email you received from Cass at
[email protected] titled “2017 Realtor Dues Invoice”. This link will take you to NAR's website
where you will need to log in, or register if haven't done so before. You will need your NRDS
number to log in or register. If you need your NRDS number, your broker has record of it or you
can call us at 442-2978. You can also call NAR's Information Central at 800-874-6500 if you need
help registering yourself on NAR's website.

www.realtor.org, log in and click on “Pay
Dues” which will have the link to view and
pay your dues; it explains what to do if you
do not want to make optional donations.
