Name of Product: Boulder Ridge Dining Room Table
Hazard: A stress fracture can form in the table, posing an injury hazard.
Remedy: Repair
Consumers should immediately stop using the stop using the recalled table and contact the Jofran
dealer where the table was purchased to schedule a repair.

Recall Details
Units: About 300
Description: The Boulder Ridge Rectangular 78” Dining Room Table has a cement top with a
wooden base. The serial numbers on the recalled tables, found on the underside of the cement
top, begin with V12760A, V12760B, V12860A or V13034.
Incidents/Injuries: The firm received reports of 71 incidents of cement top stress fractures or
cement tops breaking. No known injuries.
Sold at: Furniture retailers Nebraska Furniture Mart, Kittles Home Furnishings, Jordan’s
Furniture, and other retailers nationwide May 2015 through October 2015 for approximately
$1100.

SAFETY RECALL ‐ IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED Jofran Sales, Inc. is voluntarily replacing the 757‐78B (base) on the, Boulder Ridge 78” Rectangular Cement Dining Top (757‐78T) and base (757‐78B). We have discovered the tops are prone to handling damage including cracking and chipping. Please discontinue sales and hold all inventories of both 757‐
78T and 757‐78B until the corrective action steps outlined below have been completed. We are replacing all 757‐78B, Boulder Ridge 78” Rectangular Cement Dining Base with an updated base which includes additional stretchers to support the 757‐78T (top) in the event the 757‐78T has incurred handling damage. 
For 757‐78T/B held in inventory – Jofran will ship replacement 757‐78Bs sold with the 757‐78T. The replacement bases are redesigned and have been load tested to ensure full support of the 757‐78T. 
For 757‐78T/B in customer homes – Jofran will ship newly designed and tested 757‐78B bases to your warehouse for customer replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause.
