What You Need
old magazines and catalogs
scissors
glue
one large sheet of poster board
felt-tipped marking pens
What You Do

1. In the center of the poster board, print the title of your book and
the name of its author in large block letters.
2. In the lower right-hand corner, print your name.
3. Look in the magazines and catalogs to find pictures that tell
something about the book you have just read.
4. Cut out these pictures.
5. Arrange these pictures around the edges of the poster board, overlapping them to make 3J.1. interesting composition.
6. When you are happy with the arrangement. glue the pictures to the
board.
7. Hang your finished poster on a classroom bulletin board or wall,
or tape it to the front of your desk.
