EXHIBIT SPACE PRICING:
Single Table Space-$500
 Includes one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, small sign. (Access to WiFi. Electricity,
monitors, furniture upgrades, etc. are additional.)
Double Table Space- $750
 Includes two 6’ skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, small sign. (Access to WiFi. Electricity,
monitors, furniture upgrades, etc. are additional.)
OTHER BENEFITS INCLUDED (for either Single or Double Space):
 Two tickets for booth staff (Tickets are $100 each)
 Link on conference webpage under exhibitors listing.
 Access to both English and Spanish language attendees (400-450 Attendees)
*Feel free to have materials in both English and Spanish.
MORE THAN ONE WAY TO RESERVE EXHIBIT SPACE
1. Option 1: Fill out this form, include payment, and immediately choose your Single or Double
space.
2. Option 2: Go to http://www.womensmoney.org/sponsorships and CLICK on link to the
Conference (Las Vegas or Reno) to Purchase your space(s) using the drop down menu.
 All Spaces are subject to approval once Contract and Payment have been received.
 Payment and this commitment form, is a binding agreement to pay for space whether used or
not, and is non-refundable for any reason.
EXHIBITOR LIABILITY
By occupying Conference Exhibit Space, Exhibitor acknowledges, accepts and agrees to the following
terms and conditions: Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property
owned by the Hotel, its owners or managers, which result from any act or omission of Exhibitor.
Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Conference Organizers and the Hotel, its
owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any
damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the Hotel property. Exhibitor's liability shall
include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or
bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the exhibitor, its agents,
employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the
exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
