Tomato Paste & Tomato Puree are concentrates made exclusively from vine-ripened, rich red whole tomatoes. The inclusion of these materials in the formulated products listed below credit on an "as-if single strength" or
reconsituted basis. The calculated volume, per the USDA Food Buying Guide, utilizes yield formulas for Tomato Paste & Tomato Puree as an ingredient. Hence, it is often not necessary to serve a 1:1 ratio to meet your
required vegetable servings. Example: 3 oz. of Salsa = 1/2 cup Red/Orange Vegetable. Summary Product Formulation Statement (SPFS) Also Available Upon Request.
