place to stay in the colonies. (Enforced
Proclamation of 1763).
2. Declaratory Act: Britain has “supreme
authority” over the colonies.
3. Writs of Assistance: British soldiers
allowed to issue warrants to search
colonists homes that they suspect are
smuggling goods.
Intolerable Act: Response to BTP. Harshest set of
