KUBB: Nordic Fest Kubb Tournaments, Sat. July 28, 2012
Championship Bracket details:
Teams of 2-6 players, Round-Robin, $30 per team
8 to 9am - Registration
9:15 to 9:30am - Rules will be announced and Play begins!
1:00 Tournament Break time (the Nordic Fest Rock Throw competition will take place)
1:30 (approximate time) – Play resumes with Elimination Round
Winners will receive a trophy, lefse, the winning Kubb set, and possible other prizes
“I was at the Parade” tournament details:
Beginning—after the parade. This is a great way to try the game, but not be involved for the entire day.
$5 will get you a game on a tournament field. If you win, you keep the field and defend your win. If you
lose and want to try again it will only cost another $5. There will be small prizes for teams that can win 6
in a row. All ages and abilities are welcome. These will be only one game (not best two of three).
$5/team.
T-Shirts: Kubb dry fit t-shits are available. Cost is $10/shirt for Kubb event registrants who order and pay
for shirts before July 15th. After that, cost is $15/shirt and may be purchased at the event. To pre-register,
please add sizes for each participant below. Note: shirts are not included in team registration fee.
