Child Life is a program of supportive and educational services. We provide activities directed towards meeting the psychosocial and emotional needs of hospitalized children. Our goal is to help children and families cope with and adjust to hospitalization, diagnosis and treatment. The Orange Regional Medical Center Child Life Program does not charge for its services. Your in-kind gifts, as well as monetary gifts are always appreciated and will be used to directly support the pediatric patients and their families. For infection control purposes and patient safety, we can only accept new toys and new stuffed animals. Many of our patients are infants and toddlers. Please avoid toys that have small pieces, sharp pieces, or fall apart easily. Also, please avoid cloth toys except for surgery dolls, as they cannot be cleaned. All items must be latex-free. Please be sure to attach your name and address to the donation. www.ormc.org/foundation
