This document lists the actions that have been put forward for the Plan.
It says who is responsible for working on each action.
There are eight themes. Each theme has different goals or objectives.
The actions are set out under these goals.
Equality and Choices
People with disabilities are treated equally by the law.
They have the same rights and responsibilities as every other citizen.
People with disabilities make their own choices and decisions.
