About Villa Dolce
The story of Villa Dolce Gelato began with a dream to bring Italy’s finest dessert
GELATO to the United States. Having brought them so much joy while growing
up in Rome, brothers and Los Angeles natives Monte, Giancarlo, and Gianandrea
Marcaccini envisioned bringing a true taste of Italy to the United States.
Villa Dolce Gelato opened its doors for business early 2001 by servicing top tier
restaurants and hotels in the Los Angeles area.Top chefs, including the legendary
Wolfgang Puck, quickly embraced their extraordinary product, made fresh with
natural ingredients.
In 2013 Villa Dolce purchased a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in
Phoenix, Arizona, enabling expansion of their national foodservice
distribution. Villa Dolce can now be enjoyed in 25 states and
thousands of restaurants.
