As with S6/2015/1135/FP, this Council raises objections considering the proposal an
over development of the site. Concern was expressed on additional traffic movements
the increased accommodation would bring and creation of overlooking of
neighbouring properties particularly now with the loss of the trees along the
boundary.

Concerns are still raised at the balcony at the rear of the property not being of a

This is now a narrower road, additional cars will put a greater strain on current
infrastructure. This is overdevelopment of the site.
Councillor Nelson declared a personal interest in this application as a friend of the
applicant and took no part in the debate.

This is overdevelopment of the site. Members are concerned at the reference to HMO

Members raised concerns on the roof line and its impact on the area.
