Concern was expressed on additional traffic movements the increased accommodation would bring and creation of overlooking of neighbouring properties particularly now with the loss of the trees along the boundary. This is overdevelopment of the site. Councillor Nelson declared a personal interest in this application as a friend of the applicant and took no part in the debate.
