EE Christmas 2015 Terms & Conditions

To enter the promotion go to christmas.ee.co.uk between 11:01am
on 19/11/15 and 11:59pm on 20/12/15 and follow the instructions.
2. Entrants must be aged 16 or over and resident in the UK. This
promotion is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter’s
group of companies or any other person associated with this
promotion.
3. One entry per customer per week. Open to EE, Orange and TMobile Pay Monthly, Pay as you Go and Mobile Broadband
customers only.
4. Entry into this promotion is dependent on your acceptance of
these terms and conditions and by entering you confirm your
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged,
corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors,
malfunctions or any other kind of technical error.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries
(including an entrant's identity and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

Over 7 million presents available in total which will be released in
weekly batches across the promotional period to be won (see
table below for details). Unclaimed presents not won each week
will roll over. Once the weekly batch of presents available has
been exhausted, entrants will be notified and will have a further
opportunity to enter the next week, save for the final week

beginning Monday 14 December 2015.
8. All winners will be selected at random via an independently
verified randomised computer process.
9. Winners will be notified immediately whether they have won and
how to claim their present. Present must be claimed by 11:59pm
on the Sunday of the week in which the present is unwrapped,
unless told otherwise or the prize will be forfeited.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. The Promoter may pass on winners’ contact details
to a third party provider to arrange fulfilment of the presents who
will provide further details about the present.
11. Separate terms and expiry dates may apply to individual presents.
