to engage the entire community to assure a coordinated
system of services and resources to assist all Wayne County

Purpose, Role, and
Meetings of the Collaborative Body:
The Great Start Collaborative – Wayne’s collaborative of
organizations and parents are working to help develop a
Wayne County early childhood system for delivering services
to families with children ages birth through five. The overall
role of the collaborative body is to provide ongoing advice
and counsel to core planning activities, increase access, and
to participate in implementing the early childhood system.

up” during difficult times. The cost for a box of Angel Food
