The following instructions should be followed for
preparing the abstracts:
1. Length: Abstracts should be no more than two pages
in length.
2. Two Column Format: The text should be typed in
two column format as shown in this template. The
columns are 3.5 inches wide. Except for the first page
the column length is 9 inches.
3. Title: Center the title of the paper at the top of the
page. Use bold, 14ptTIMES NEW ROMAN font.
4. Author names: In the space provided, list the
name(s) of all of the author(s) in a single line,
separated by commas. Use 12 pt TIMES NEW
ROMAN font.
5. Address: In the space provided, give the affiliation,
address of the authors. Use 12 pt TIMES NEW
ROMAN font.
6. Text: Skip two lines and start the text. The text must
be neat and single-spaced. Use 11 pt Times New
Roman font for the text.
7. Major Headings: Use bold, 12 pt TIMES NEW
ROMAN font to type the major headings. Place them
flush on the left-hand margin and on a separate line.
Only the initial letter of each major word in headings
should be capitalized.
8. Figures: Figures or photographs must be
incorporated electronically into the text. Each figure
should be accompanied by a caption indicating its
sequence in the order of appearance in the text. For
example:

9. Lettering: All lettering of the text should be no
smaller than 11 points. The preferred font for the text
is Times New Roman.
10. Equations: For numbered equations, enclose the
number in parentheses, and place it flush with the
right-hand margin, e.g.,
