Booking Methods
You can book your Christmas event online at our
website www.normandytributes.co.uk or alternatively
call 0141 886 4100. Online booking is recommended
as receipt and confirmation are instantly generated.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking; however
for a small admin fee (£1.00 per person) you are able to
pay a non refundable/non transferable deposit to secure
your booking. A £5.00 per person deposit is required
for Senior Citizen Lunches, Festive Disco Lunches, Boxing
Day & New Year’s Day Carvery’s. All other events are
£10.00 per person deposit with the exception of the
Hogmanay Gala Ball which is £20.00 per person. Please
note all accommodation booked with any event would
incur an additional £10.00 per person deposit and again
would be non-refundable/non-transferable. All payments
must be paid via the main party organiser. All major
credit/debit cards accepted or payment by Paypal.
Final Payments
When paying by deposit Final Payment Dates are as follows:
For all events prior to 24th December your final balance
would be due no later than 3rd November 2014.
For all events after 24th December your final payment
date will be 24th November 2014.
It is the responsibility of the party organiser to ensure
Final Payments are made by the date required. Any
balances not paid by your allocated payment date will be
deemed cancelled and all deposits forfeited. Prior notice
will not be given.
Accommodation
Guests who are attending the event but do not wish
to book accommodation via the main party organiser
can do so with full payment being due at time of booking.
Family Rooms are only suitable for a maximum of 2 adults
and 2 children (Under 12).
Cancellation
Cancellation of individual guests or party bookings will
result in all deposits being forfeited. In the case of full
payment being made £10.00 will be retained per person
for the event and £10.00 retained per person for
accommodation. Once deposits are lost these CANNOT
be recovered should your numbers increase. No refund
will be made within 21 days of your event taking place.
Event Closure
All events will close at 12 noon 2 days prior to the event.
Therefore, no further amendments can be made to your
booking after this time.
Group Dining
Tables of 6 or less may be required to join other small
party’s to bring table numbers up to a maximum of 10.
This will not apply to Christmas Day or the Hogmanay
Gala Ball.
Drinks Pre-Orders
Pre-order drinks MUST be paid at the time of ordering
and will be on your table prior to arrival. This Year’s
Offers will be available to you by final payments day.
The management reserve the right to change preorders drinks list without prior notice according to stock
availability. Pre-orders will be accepted until 12 noon two
days prior to your event taking place.
Kids
Children are not permitted at the Festive Disco Party
Nights, Tribute Nights or Christmas Extravaganza as these
are strictly over 18’s events. They may attend all other
festive events, however MUST be supervised at all times.
Dress Code
The Normandy Hotel operates a dress code at all events.
Trainers and T-shirts are not permitted at any event. The
dress code for our Hogmanay Gala Ball is formal with a
minimum requirement of a shirt and tie for all gents.
Disclaimer
The Normandy Hotel cannot be held liable should the
booking agent exercise his right to substitute a suitable
alternative tribute act if the billed performer/s become
unavailable. The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to
cancel or amalgamate any event or move to a smaller
function suite/restaurant should numbers dictate. Should
an event be cancelled an alternative date or full refund
will be given. The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to
operate bag searches and refuse admission.

1st May until 15th November 2014 or attend one of our Festive Events
from 22nd November 2014 until 1st January 2015.
To enter simply give us your contact details which will be placed into our Draw for
every Forthcoming Tribute Event or Festive Event (dated above) until 1st January 2015.
The Winners of these draws will then be entered into our final draw
which will take place on Thursday 1st January 2015.
