Highlights
ISCAR is expanding the HELIIQMILL 390 line by adding
HM390 E10-80 D05-1-W25-07 – an innovative chamfering
endmill with an adjustable cutting edge angle.
The new HM390 E10-80 D05-1-W25-07 endmill features a cartridge that carries the HM390
TCKT 0703PCTR insert. The cartridge can be rotated so that the insert’s cutting edge angle can
be adjusted to a range of 10 to 80 degrees.
Adjusting the edge angle is very simple and friendly as the angle’s scale is engraved on the
cartridge. The new versatile tool enables milling chamfers with different angles, thus eliminating
the need for different tools for different chamfering angles.

The most popular 15, 30, 45, 60 and 75 degree angle positions are easily located
by a spring pushed ball that pops into slots in the above-mentioned positions
Can be applied for chamfering straight edges and hole edges

Indexable screw on insert HM390 TCKT 0703PCTR… in different carbide grades
for a wide workpiece material range
Increases production rates and decreases tooling costs
The cartridge can be replaced in case of pocket damage

Universal Cartridge for Any Angle
The cutting edge angle is adjusted by releasing the screw with a hex key, then pivoting the
cartridge to the required engraved angle on the scale.
