December 1, 2014. Meeting was posted for public view Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Dewey City Hall at 12:00

1) Call to order.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Revard.
Present: Tom Hays, Kay Bales, Wayne Sell, and Chairman Revard.
Absent: None.
Official present: Kevin Trease, City Manager, Bo Estes, City Attorney, Mike Shea, Police Chief, Wes Ware, Public
Works Superintendent, Annette Breshears, City Clerk, Michael Giroir, Building Inspector, Judge Robert Fries.
Visitors: Jon Eastman, John Williams Jr.
2) Acceptance of the Minutes for the Dewey Public Works Meeting for November 17, 2014.
Minutes are accepted.

Approval of Claims.
Kay Bales motioned to approve the claims seconded by Wayne Sells.
Ayes: Tom Hays, Kay Bales, Wayne Sell and Chairman Revard.
Nays: None.
4)
City Manager Update
Water Tower is functioning perfect. Rebar, concrete forms have been ordered for the wastewater project.
5)
Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action on Approving Resolution
No. 2014-12-01 Accepting Financial Assistance from the Rural Economic Action Plan Contract #039-WW-
2015.
Kay Bales motioned to approve Resolution #2014-12-01accepting financial assistance from the
Action Plan Contract #039-WW-2015 seconded by Tom Hays.
Ayes: Tom Hays, Kay Bales, Wayne Sell and Chairman Revard.
Nays: None.

Note: Each person wishing to address the City Council regarding items
