3. Using Graphic Aids
Diagrams, graphs and tables are called graphic aids. Each of these graphic aids serves a different
purpose. All, however, can help provide information and supply additional facts about the topic
Diagrams
A diagram is a drawing that shows how something works or how its parts are positioned.
How to Use a Diagram
