Raisins
are
'sifted'
to
sort
by
size. The Jumbo Golden Raisin is the raisin that
stays on the top of the sifter and will average
from 275 to 675 raisins per pound. This varies
so significantly because of annual crop
variations.

The ideal temperature to store raisins for long
