How to get here
By car
Nottingham is at the heart of the country
and is well served by the motorway network.
The M1 passes close to the west of the city,
the A42 / M42 link to the south-west of the
city and the A1(M) to the east of the city.
The Clifton Campus is located on the A453
Clifton Lane. When using the M1 for Clifton
Campus, exit at Junction 24 and follow the
A453 for approximately five miles. From the
city centre, follow signs out to the A453
(signposted to Birmingham).

At the Clifton Campus, limited parking is
available on site. Enter the campus through the
Main Gate. Contact security at the car park
barrier using the intercom and you will be
directed to the student car park.
By bus
During term-time, the Go2 Uni 4 runs
between the City Campus and Clifton
Campus. The service leaves Burton Street
(adjacent to The Cornerhouse) up to every
seven minutes for the Clifton Campus, via the
city centre and the railway station.
Out of term-time, use the Nottingham City
Transport (NCT) service number 1, which
picks up at the Broadmarsh Bus Station and
railway station and drops off at the gates of
Clifton Campus.
