SHIPPING
In most cases, school orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the date the order is
received. Farouk Systems will pay freight charges on orders over $2000.00. Orders under $2000.00
will be invoiced with freight charges added. Do not accept any shipment without checking the box
count and assuring an accurate count. If any products have been damaged during shipment,
the freight company breaks the shrink-wrap, or any cartons are missing, the school must file a
claim with the carrier immediately please. Note any shortages on the freight bill before signing the
receipt.
INVOICING AND TERMS
Orders will be invoiced on the date Farouk Systems products are shipped from our facility. All
new direct account terms are due and payable upon receipt of products until a credit check is
made and terms are established. All new direct accounts requesting credit privileges from Farouk
Systems must complete and submit a credit application for approval. Credit terms are due thirty
days after invoice date. Payments not received by Farouk Systems within thirty days of invoice date
may result in loss of credit privileges, delay of future shipments and/or prepayment of future orders.

PRICING
Farouk Systems reserves the right to change prices at any time. There will be no price increase of
Farouk Systems products without written notice from Farouk Systems. To enable Farouk Systems
products to be sold at fair market prices to all school clients, our suggested salon and retail prices
apply to all schools.
EDUCATION
Once sufficient points are earned, your school may request in school training classes by completing
the Environmental School Program (ESP) Request Form. Please fax the completed form to Farouk
Systems (Fax# 281.874.3000) or email [email protected] to schedule your class.
EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS AND TOOLS
Farouk Systems will provide Farouk Systems Educators with educational products, manuals,
brochures, and class certificates for education classes.
PERSONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Farouk Systems maintains an 800 number for technical assistance Monday through Friday,
8am to 5pm (CST) and Saturday from 8am to 3pm (CST). The number is (800) 237-9175. Calls
are welcomed from the school’s instructors regarding formulas, corrective work, or application

to get you started with us. This will ensure you have what is needed to help
support your instructors with the curriculum already in place.
